Born February 8, 1936, Fred Santaite Sr. was raised in Palisades Park and worked for his family's construction company. Many buildings found today in Palisades Park are the result of the company's skill and expertise. With that knowledge and experience, Fred Sr. founded Santaite Electric, Inc. in 1964 with his wife Janis.
Their son, Fred Jr., was just two years old when Santaite Electric began. By the time he was eight years old, he enjoyed spending his free time working alongside his father and his passion for the family business was apparent. At eighteen, Fred Jr. proudly joined his father full time at Santaite Electric. Together, they grew the business while always maintaining the quality workmanship and professionalism the company was built on.
Today, Fred Jr. has been joined by his son Fred III in the field and his daughter Janis in the office. Together they continue to build lasting relationships, expand Santaite Electric's capabilities and proudly carry on their Grandfather's legacy. They have built a team of skilled and highly qualified technicians to ensure every project is a success.
